Well... we are deciding about guns in our family. The conclusion we came to: we want one. I think a few of my cousins have concealed weapons permits? Thoughts anyone? Concerned?, me too...
You know how I feel. See Bowling for Columbine and you will understand. Statistically speaking, guns are not the answer. It promotes a culture of fear I think.
And yes... Bowling for Columbine is a movie by Michael Moore, but I loved it. So there.
My dad has a shotgun in the basement that he pulls out to get rid of the turkey buzzards that infest the spooky tree every five years. It freaks me out.
One of my NC friends grew up with a COP for a dad. This cop suggests, "If you're comfortable with a gun, and could shoot to kill if neccessary, have a gun. If not, you have no business having one."
We in the Nilsson household are believers in guns. We own a glock handgun and it stays tucked away nicely in the safe if ever needed. May we never have to use it except for excursions to the desert for recreational use.
I grew up with guns in my house and we learned to respect them as young kids...and there were five kids in the house and not so much as a close call.
Yeah i didn't know what "tagged" meant. So just answer all the questions on my page. I am going to re-do some of my squares too. I feel like i can't get them in a good pattern... i might be over thinking it!

Get one. I am getting one this summer. Then we can ride our motorcycles and shoot at the same time.
Kerianne - come on.
I agree with the Smoots grown up friend, NC, cop dad. Shoot to kill or you get sued, but make sure the intruder is in the house when you shoot.
I shot a bird once with Myron.
Then I shot a bullfrog.
I got shot in the head by a bb gun once.
We could be modern day cowboys.
I am tagging you guys. :)
Laurs, I miss you very much. Looks like life is full for you, and that makes me happy. I vote no gun, but looks like you had fun at the rec center!
