Rocket Science

Our new crib had at least 100 parts in the box... Here I am doing some engineering calculations in order to build the crib. It finally came together, with the help of my wife and two cordless drills. Notice the Elusive Lucy in the lower right hand corner... a white blur...

I'm such a lucky girl to have married a rocket scientist engineer. And the nursery looks so good!

Hmmm...I think for the sake of the kid we should try for something a little more nutritional....Oh, I have an idea!

Ok, Im with you if in includes speed and grease... or just speed.

Crib making can take a lot out of you...something that can only be remedied by grease and speed.

I wonder if we will see on Lauren's website the super cute delicious and nutritious way that she speedily fed the crib engineer.

Yeah cribs and me don't go together very well. Just wait 'til you move and have to put that thing back together w/out the instructions, and your lovely wife is standing over your shoulder saying, "I don't think that goes there. I don't think I'll ever understand why men don't use instructions?"

'Cause they're lost! That's why!

Anyway it sounds like you got a good handle on it.

When the lil' one gets older you'll want to put some sort of contraption like this on the crib.

Dear E,
I dont know how to contact you to answer your questions. so maybe you will come back. We are Dyers from Nebraska.. we are related to just about everyone.. so I like to think that any Dyer and I must cross some place and i'm sure we share a small fraction of blood... cuz...
